The Oyster Blog was created by two New York City Foodies who have a particular love for Oysters. As we explored the various varieties out there, we found that each outing was more then just a dining experience, it was a story as well. And so we decided to share our oyster adventures with you.

We’re always out there trying new restaurants, looking for the best deal, and just having a great time with our beloved oyster.  So come join us as we continue to explore New York and the World, one oyster at a time.
